(1) Understood the brief for a very complex concept exceptionally well and turned it around in no time. This design has been used in India, Australia and all around our business in New Zealand to ensure a very wide audience understands (a) what needs to be built, and (b) how we’re transitioning into our new environments. This piece of work is the lynch pin for T-One and this concept has been a key communication tool.

(2) The graphic has been so understandable and useful. I have a draft with wording etc which we should finish out for the wider sessions and share-outs, but it’s been so good for getting the program across what we’re actually doing with these customer records. I called out your amazing work at ECLT a couple of weeks ago to say how proactive and helpful you are Adrian Valle, how quickly you understood this really complex thing, how quickly you turned it around, and how perfect it’s been. So thank you, I just wanted to follow up so you know it’s being used in many sessions and about 400 IT, E&C, Consumer Business, Program, and Exec have been taken through it.
